1. Mattress Limited Warranty

Magniflex provides a limited ten (10) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for eligible mattresses, beginning on the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Excluding the fabric cover and handles, this warranty covers visible indentations greater than one and one-quarter inches (1¼") on one side of the mattress. If identical materials are no longer available for repair or replacement, Magniflex may use materials of comparable quality.

To maintain coverage, the mattress must be used on a firm, non-spring foundation, such as a slatted or grid-top bed base, a Magniflex foundation, or another comparable rigid support surface that provides proper center support and ventilation. Damage caused by a box spring or foundation without adequate center support is not covered.

This Limited Warranty is separate from and does not extend any applicable return, exchange, or satisfaction program offered by Magniflex. Eligibility for returns, exchanges, or comfort-related programs, where available, is governed exclusively by the applicable Returns & Refund Policy.

2. What the Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear from ordinary use.
• Products that are unsanitary, damp, burned, cut, stained, or soiled.
• Products used without a proper foundation or adequate center support.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical stress, alteration, improper operation, maintenance, or handling.
• Damage to the outer fabric cover, including normal wear and tear.
• Products used for commercial purposes, including hotels, motels, or institutional facilities, unless specifically designed for commercial use.
• Products stored in any orientation instead of being used.
• Exposure to excessive heat, cold, moisture, rain, humidity, or other unsuitable environmental conditions.
• Discoloration or other cosmetic changes.
• Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
• Product failure caused by anything other than a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. Additional Mattress Exclusions

• Body impressions that naturally occur as upholstery layers conform to the sleeper’s body.
• A normal increase in foam softness that does not affect pressure-relieving performance.
• A reduction in thickness or volume of up to two (2) inches for mattresses quilted with natural fibers, caused by normal compression or vacuum packaging.
• Handles, if present in the product.
• Indentations not greater than one and one-quarter inches (1¼").
• Comfort preference.
• Transportation or inspection costs.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or dealers.
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase.
• Pillows or other products not specifically covered by this mattress warranty.

4. Pillow Limited Warranty

Magniflex USA Ltd., provide a limited three (3) year warranty on eligible pillows. During the warranty period, and at Magniflex’s discretion, a pillow with a defect in materials may be repaired or replaced. Handling costs remain the purchaser’s responsibility.

Covered

• Physical defects in the pillow core that cause the foam to split or crack under normal use and proper handling.
• Deterioration of the foam structure that prevents the pillow from returning to its original shape.

Not Covered

• A normal increase in softness that does not affect the pillow’s pressure-relieving performance.
• Any defect relating to the pillow cover.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact the authorized retailer where the product was purchased. If the retailer is no longer available, contact Magniflex directly:

A valid proof of purchase must show the purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price. Before any repair or replacement is approved, the product may be inspected by the authorized retailer or by Magniflex.
